Technical Services
The HPS team conducts an assessment at the customer site to evaluate the existing hardware and network infrastructure. The team then makes recommendation on client requirements for proper operation of the HPS products.
Implementation and Training
The HPS Implementation team coordinates the installation of the software and hardware needs for networking. HPS provides training for the users. User manuals and online helps are made available.
Customization
We have a team of highly skilled professionals to assess the software requirements of the client and perform the necessary changes to optimize use of each module to be installed. HPS helps to design and implement any additional interfaces that are required. Customization can also be done to interface existing data files for HIPAA compliance.
Installation and Network Services
HPS makes available hardware specialists to the customer for installation and configuration of hardware and network as needed.
Support
HPS takes pride in its well-established customer support system. Our Help-desk is available as the primary source of maintenance. Additionally, there are both online and telephone software support at the highest technical level. Corrections and updates to the systems can be performed online as needed.
HPS has a Change Management System that provides means for the customer to inform change requests and support issues by logging in to the web-based system or send e-mails to the staff directly.
