The services include:
1. Submitting claims electronically using HIPAA-mandated EDI standards in a secure method
2. Submitting paper claims for payers who does not support electronic claims
3. Providing Web-based Practice Management System to empower the practice with the following:
- Appointment scheduler in the most advanced form
- Convenient patient demographic entry, edit and maintenance
- Direct entry of patient encounters (visits and procedures) including CPT and ICD-9 codes
- Monitor billing and receipts directly through secure web portal
- Look up patient payment dues when patient visits the office
- Generate reports at any time by logging into the website
4. Posting electronic payment advice or paper EOBs to the provider’s account
5. Viewing available online Accounts Receivables Reports
6. Facilitating online provider login to view aging reports and reports by insurance company and by patient.
7. Follow up on claims that are not paid
-within 15 days for electronic submission &
-within 30 days for paper claim submission
Resubmit partially paid claims and under-paid claims
8. Providing patient billing and collections. Patient self-billing will be done wherever agreed.
